Belakangan ini aku susah tidur. Kalopun bisa tidur, pasti diatas jam 12 malam selalu kebangun. Heran.. 

Akhirnya aku cari ke wikipedia. And this is what I found...
--> Transient insomnia lasts from days to weeks. It can be caused by another disorder, by changes in the sleep environment, by the timing of sleep, or by stress. Its consequences - sleepiness and impaired psychomotor performance - are similar to those of sleep deprivation.[5] If this form of insomnia continues to occur from time to time, the insomnia is classified as intermittent.[citation needed]
--> Middle-of-the-Night Insomnia - Insomnia characterized by difficulty returning to sleep after awakening in the middle of the night or waking too early in the morning. Also referred to as nocturnal awakenings. Encompasses middle and terminal insomnia.
--> Middle insomnia - waking during the middle of the night, difficulty maintaining sleep. Often associated with pain syndromes or medical illness.

Tadi emang aku sempet ketiduran dari jam setengah 8 malem sampe jam 11an malem, terus kebangun. Kelanjutannya, nggak bisa tidur sampe sekarang. Ya udahlah...jangan tidur sekalian, daripada nanti malah ngantuk-ngantuk terus pusing. Gantinya jadi kerasa laper terus. Ini abis minum susu coklat dingin. Hahahah! Tau deh...

xanax. harganya 3000an per-biji. buat aku efek ngantuknya bisa sampe siang hari kalo diminum mendekati tengah malem.

haha. ga ngerti sih sbnernya saya jugaa.. gw sendiri insom (kadang2 sih)

tp biasanya sembuh klo dipaksain tidur cpet , dibiasain lagi jam tidurnya.. hehe.

wew. xanax tu jenis obat yg pake resep loh .. heheu.
dan bkn obat tidur..dia antidepresant , bwt yg stress dan ngilangin anxiety.
ngantuk tuh malah side effect-nya.
ati2 ah..bisa ketergantungan .. hehe.


cpet balik lagi ya mba jam tidurnyaaa.. ;)

may maap. rekomendasi kubatalkan.
menurut dokter xanax (bisa) menyebabkan ketergantungan.
jadi sebaiknya kamu hitung biri-biri sajah. lebih sehat.

Lebih sehat dan dijamin pasti langsung tidur, karena kita malas ngitung biri - biri lagi, jadi lebih baik dipaksain tdr. Bener nggak mbak Gad? Wakakakak :p
